If you read my blog post yesterday, then you know I had an unscheduled day off work. Once my dizzy spells ceased, I started writing blog posts. I meant to write four posts for the A-Z challenge. Instead, I wrote all twenty-six. It turns out, you don't feel so light headed when you're obsessing. So that was good. It did take up almost my entire day but I can scratch it right off the To Do list.
I think there's no better joy then ticking off a To Do list item. It's slightly pathetic that I think that way but hey, I'm slightly pathetic. I can't party like I used to so I need something to get excited about.
Which reminds me, anyone reading any good books right now?
I think I'm going to go check out and see if my library as The Selfish Gene
ReplyDeleteI'm doing the Selfish Gene as an audiobook right now and mostly listening to it on my runs. Love it but I'm embarrassed to say I blanked for a moment while listening and it took me a full chapter to understand Hawks. vs Doves was not literal.
ReplyDeleteBy the end of yesterday, I felt dizzy, but that's because I finally came to the end of 52 scheduled A-to-Z Posts.
ReplyDeleteI just read Wine and War. It is a non-fiction book about the French wine producers during WWII and how they attempted to protect their wine from the Nazis. It was interesting, I also don't read a lot of non-fiction so it was good to try something different.
ReplyDeleteIt's awesome that you finished all the 26 posts! look forward to seeing you around during the A-Z!
